"Our driver was amazing but, whilst the vehicle was beautiful, clean and comfortable, it was not the standard/size we were expecting. We believed we were going to have a more roomy ride with the luggage we advised we were carrying. The driver was awesome and we tipped him £10 to reflect this. He went above and beyond and only because of the driver would we consider this provider again. "
